How the AGPOM Insurance Program Works
1. Depending upon the class of business, the client and retailer complete ACORD applications and the appropriate AGPOM Specialty Application(s) found here :
2. The applications are submitted to Fulcrum Insurance Programs along with loss runs and other relevant submission material.
3. Fulcrum provides quote options depending upon client membership level status in AGPOM. All levels of membership are eligible for the insurance program. Should the client not yet be a member, membership can be applied for along with the insurance. Increasing premium credits apply with each escalating membership level.
4. Retailer and client review quote proposals. Should they opt to bind coverage, the order is made with Fulcrum.
5. Retailer submits any outstanding information. This would include the signed AGPOM Green Building Plan if your client is seeking Level II membership status. Owners and Managers use the Green Building Plan.Tenant insureds use the Green Tenant Plan.
6. Fulcrum issues binders and policies.
